Course Structure
We open with a coming together, get to know each other call that clears out any blocks to us all co-creating together in a group and where you all have a chance to introduce yourselves.
Following this we will be taking a chronological approach to your Birth Journey starting with conception and moving forwards through time. Each week will follow this structure:
Monday : weekly recorded/written informational lessons. These drop at midday UK time. These lessons will outline the topic we will be exploring that week and included reflection questions.
Thursday: our live call day from 1-3pm UK time. In these calls we will do the healing work on the specific area of exploration for the week. The calls will be via zoom and the room will open 10 minutes prior to start time to arrive and get settled.
