This course is for biological women with a womb currently or born with one ( for example a woman who has had a hysterectomy still qualifies)  The reason for this is that when doing group course we are looking at common themes and how they impact us each personally. In this series we will be directly journaling and talking with our personal womb in our own body.   I will be doing other topics that are for all.  If you have something you would like me to do- please email me at charlotte@birthessence.co.uk and suggest it!

I get it! My UK time zone and school hours working day is not great for, in particular the North American and South American time zones - especially on the Mountain and Pacific time zones. Or it might be that you work during the day and the time though reasonable just doesn't work for you.

And in the future I will aim to do at least one series a year with later times. But it is not practical for me unfortunately at the moment.   And there will not be anything this year at a more suitable time. I am really sorry about that but it is the limitation.

It is why I offer replays as the work is powerful on a replay, I have attended courses this way on a replay and appreciated being able to go at my pace.  

Yes there will be a replay available a couple of hours after the live.  It is often just as powerful with a replay and you can then take it at your pace. You might split it into sections or pause to do some of your own work then replay.   You could use the replays  as part of the content in your own afternoon or day long retreat. However you wish to use them you are free to do so.
